Bottom line is results. Transparency is good to a point, but as we began to see results in revenue, the rug was jerked out. As a penny stock holder think about it honestly. What do you do for him or the company. You come and go and make profit or loss by selling or buying from each other. When he needs capital he needs to consider what effect and how to sell more stock. In a public company value is based on earnings. On a developing company it is based on potential for stock value but then how do you get from being a development startup funded from sell of stock to a company operating on net income. You must dilute and/or finance. So my concern is how does he plan to finance based on selling stock with the current PPS. I was counting on 4th Qtr revenue and new developments. What I am now most concerned is does he have anything left in the bag to bring in a lot of new money and interest??? No one is going to put up $10 million unless he can show them a very good strategy for going forward.
