They'll have less then 4 million in debt which is not much. They already telegraphed that this qtr would be a least decent and maybe more when they said that they didn't think they'd be in breech of debt covenant agreements for the 4th qtr. I think they do 11-12 million in revenue but the legal costs and consulting fees for the Cuming debacle are a wildcard.
