Well, i bought into CCTR today. not sure where that one may go. the financials are suspect as all hell, but they've been sending these filings to the SEC for at least 3 years now. No actions against them, but they are unaudited financials. I have two emails to IR pending. Will get the updated O/S soon, hopefully. With the right eyes on it, this could run into pennies....but i guess you can say that about any and all pinkies.
