I never said they were VIOLATING the regs. I simply asked , why an 8K not be filed for VGE Singapore. The SEC states exactly what events qualify as significant.

It must not qualify as a significant event, right?

Where did you get the idea that I thought they were NOT reporting events as required? If it ain't significant, they don't need to file. Read the REGS. I provided them, along with the link.
