Thanks for the reply.. lets assume the AS is around 100 mil condidering the last reported os was 6.2 million. If they efectuate a 40/1 Rs on an AS of 100 mil it puts the AS at 2,500,00 correct? The reason management may efectuate a RS at this time is to force all shares, convertible notes, debenture shares etc to be accounted for by transfer agent. Correct me if I'm wrong. Pre merger the share structure must be intact and all shares accounted for, for the shell to be considered for the most part "clean".
