no one is reporting on the board, we are discussing if in fact they did commit a filing error.. some of us think they did and are presenting why we thing the did, some of us disgree that they did and are making a counter arguement as why they think they didn't..

So tell me MMech, if not this board where are people to go to discuss this or debate this.

What if those that think VSPC was suppose to make a filing of some sort are wrong ... and they go to the SEC making accusations that could be false??????

Your a smart person Mmech and have done some incredible DD here so I would expect you if anyone to show us a reg from the SEC or snippet from a rulebook as to why they don't have to report to shareholders the new subsid or the new director or the leaving of an old director?

Rybench gave me legit reason to one of my questions the other day and I admitted he was right in his reason..

A lot of good DD has been posted on here that shows this is a legit question to be asking ... give us some good DD that shows this question shouldn't be asked .... that's all we are asking.
