We raised about $500,000US and used most of it for capital expenditures and working capital at two different sites. We used the revenue from 1,400 oz of gold production to pay operating expense, of which there was a shortfall and we went bust. Our capital assets were swallowed up in the ensuing windup. GE are now about where we were after one year in Bolivia.

Except they have an accumulated deficit of over $20,000.000.00; they have fixed assets claimed at $819,589, and now written down, that I believe they would be pressed to realize $200,000 from; Their liabilities are listed at nearly 7 million and fully diluted they are at about 400 million shares out.

The conal subsidence is a pipe dream and the open pit is probably a small rich spot that the locals pointed them to. We were able to run about 150 tonnes an hour with our old digger and two Russian dump trucks so it is no big deal what they have done. There is a distinct lack of experienced people among the longs, wonder why?? LMAO

No matter how much placer gold this Turd mines it will never make a profit on that concession when you look at things like 200K for one employee.

There are a whole bunch of Cangalli formation concessions going begging down there. I was able to get the first mine going last time for under half a million Canadian. I could easily go down there and get to where they are now with a million US and have less than ten million shares out and no debt!

No major will touch this thing and there is no chance that it is worth the 100 million that the idiot longs think it is. If a moron like Kevin Pfeffer had not come along with his giant ego it would have gone down the tube at least two years ago. He has about 4 million dollars in this Turd and will never see a dime of it back unless he screws the loyal longs by selling shares that he borrows against his debentures. I have evidence that somebody is dealing under the table in free trading shares.

So I still believe that it is a company that is going to stick a bunch of people with wallpaper, if they can even get the certs!!
