HHWW has been pumped and dumped twice; once in December and once at the end of February. The first was more effective. The third party behind the promotion appears to be an outfit called "Winning Media". As usual, they're rather shadowy.

Sometimes the third parties are being paid by the company; sometimes they're not. Sometimes they're just invented names.

Probably some people did short HHWW when it hit its highs, especially back in December. But it never made the Reg SHO list, so... So what?
