MY FULLEST SUPPORT

While I initially was quite skeptical, I'll be throwing my full support behind Frizzell now. This judge has appeared fair and I do honestly believe that it makes quite a statement to the judge that there are a lot of shareholders with a lot of money invested who would greatly appreciate giving the company the proper time to become fully reporting, and that the SEC is NOT protecting shareholders' best interests by aggressively trying to squelch any honest attempt to get our audits completed. I do believe this can only help us, and that the greater the number of shares represented, perhaps even the more liberal the judge might be seeing to it that we get a fair time period for compliance. As for the $25, anyone that thinks Frizzell will actually profit to any significant extent on this case simply does not understand the research, staffing, time, travel and administration of a case such as this. I highly doubt Frizzell will make much on this, if anything at all other than modest compensation for his extensive time. I do believe Frizzell's involvement is worth it alone just for transparency's sake and shareholders' best avenue of information yet. It's a shame that shareholders are being treatedly inhumanely as we are with zero disclosure from our own company, and at least with Frizzell, we're getting a glass of water, a few slices of bread and some dignity. Otherwise we wouldn't know squat. On that note alone, I support the effort. But more importantly, I do believe a revocation would extend our timetable and make things more challenging and so I think a united shareholder front with transparency increases our odds of avoiding a revocation, and receiving a fair timetable for the company's compliance.

It's an individual decision that each person makes on this one, but the above is my reasoning for now making this decision to join. Good luck to us longs.

As always, these are my personal opinions.

Hopefully nobody in here is investing anything but "fun" money that they can afford to gamble with.
