this is a practice that was first mentioned
to me by an individual who approached me 2+
years ago and asked me to help him learn to
read rt l2 <he was a whiz at charts>

there is more there but i suspect it's clear

that is why i stress this isn't one dimensional in nature
money is made on orchestrated runs .. and the always requisite
short back down .. imo it's far more egregious on the poorly
watched OTC .. and without a doubt mgmt gets blamed even tho'
the loophole is firmly in place to cover those non disclosed
3rd parties who are so clever and active on the OTC


imo few expect well seasoned mgmts' on newly public co.s <micros>
which is why they are targeted to begin with

like i've said common sense will go a long way where all of
this is concerned .. the optimist in me believes this can be
dealt with .. cleaned up and our markets be far more transparent
because of it .. that is my hope for all of us who care about
legit co.s not being destroyed for profit
