seems kind of early to generate a red flag on efficacy - patients get up to 4 treatment cycles each taking 6 weeks (4 weeks on 2 off) and the study just started recruiting Q4 2010

as for safety flag they are loking at a low dose - highly doubt there ahs been safety issue cropping up on this dose suddenly

i think it's just typical small bio volatility
