I can't tell you how horrified people are when they see me looking at these pictures on occasion.
It's really incredible though. Pictures are worth a thousand words. You cannot deny the efficacy of these drugs...
CRIS had a highly muted reaction to their news the other day *(I am long). Will be interesting to see the response rates and progression timing, etc., at ASCO. I am willing to bet they will be very good (>40-50% response rate). GDC-449 will be first to market, first in class in the hedgehog category....it will be interesting to see if the drug has any effect in non-mutated variants of this pathway.
