Exactly. He NEEDS to adjust his 2011 salary immediately. He's a scoundrel and will wipe this company clean as soon as he gets the chance. I'm holding out until mid/end of summer, and I'm unloading everything (and taking a sizable loss) if some things don't start to change (e.g. more company recognition, Ike proving he's not a fraud, etc.)
