LTUS...Has filed on time for 2 years. Lotus is also trading approx 160% back of book value.
Book value = $3.40 compared to current share price of $1.42.
They did say in their recent presentation that the uplisting is currently ongoing. If and when LTUS moves to a higher exchange I think we'll see the share price trading at a nice percentage higher than it is today at $1.37. Time will tell.
