I've got to look real hard at this. I may sell every share I have on this morning's pop, and wait for the chips to fall.

I see a $20 billion bridge loan in this deal. You can learn a lot by how the debt market prices a loan like this.

The deal is not only dilutive to equity, but it's also handing a lot of cash over to Deutsche Telekom, and cash is where dividends come from.

I'm sure glad they waited until after options expiration to pop this news!!
