Share Structure and Equity Arrangements to grow a company with long range potentional. Big sentence with a lot of ramifications.
Point: While doing my DD research and recent developements with Great Plains in Montana I have run across an interesting JV, joint venture between Great Plains, Bio Jet Corp and Equity Partners Fund.
Question: How would Equity Partners fit into this arrangement with CPOW?

According to Equity's website they can/would/could make arrangements up to $1B based upon the above criteria. I am looking a little farther down the road, say 2-5years. Assuming everything currently continues.

I invite someone/anyone to visit these sites and investigate with me, what I think I see because of this potential arrangement.
