Scozzafava is trying to snake his way into another deal by slithering around the ZBA. There is a covenant in place, His request is denied based on that. Some individuals finally see Scozzafava for what he is. A manipulator. A taker. A undesirable individual to have in a community. A shady "wanna be" businessman with a trail of bad debt and a proven history of ruining businesses. What stellar family morals the Scozzafava's have, they must be so proud of Tommy & Dede.
