Good afternon ryan..,thanx for the info and link..will check him out.Let us know if you find a broker better than Oanda ..all aspects of Oanda considered I havent been able to beat them...most if not all platforms run spreads wide on news releases...for most pairs Oanda briefly goes to 10 pips..I dont mind that but I do mind platform freezing at times when servers are overloaded...seems they need to upgrade their system to handle the loads.
I never use stops because of my nasty scalping habit so stops are no problem with me.I dont advise NOT using stops tho if one is trying to go for longer holding times.I quit trying to use stops back in my early going because I found using them was about the only time I had to mark up a loss..I wasnt using tight stops either...it just seemed apparent to me that the nature of trading cycles in FOREX made using stops counterproductive so I quickly eliminated using them.
Might get a bit weird this afternoon since the bombing and military action against Gadaffy Duck has started..one never knows how thats going to effect the pairs!
