Scottrade says there are 21.27M RCCH shares outstanding.

I wonder why that number is so different from the 5-10 billion we keep hearing about on the board.... oh, I know... it feels like there are only 21.27 million shares out because they can't find enough to cover their naked shorts!... Yeah... that's it!
