I received a reply from Lieberman about half an hour ago.

I asked if the capital raise was contingent on a R/S (i've seen this happen numerous times w/ pinkies) and he said "def no reverse split." My other question was whether we're still on track or if this could end up slipping in April. His response ... "we are moving along accordingly."

Yes I know Q1 hasn't ended yet but it didn't hurt to reach out to him. As an investor I wanted to be reassure and anyone can start predicting news, but I decided to take matters into my own hands.
