LLEG has been extremely stabile in a very bad environment for most stocks. The waiting game goes on as the government bloodclots known as the PUC inches toward their decision. I sent another e-mail to the PUC asking when the PUC will act. Of course they just said no decision has been made. May be helpful if everyone e-mails them and asks what is going on.
