'Siforus' This is interesting. When you compare the Nevada Secretary of State to the SEC filings there seems to be a disconnect. The SB-2 filed by (pg.28)Owen Naccarato states
that our authorized capital stock consists of 250,000,000 shares.

Also, authorized are 10,000,000 preferred shares of which 11,000 shares are outstanding of Class A preferred non-voting shares issued as of September 15, 2004. "October 29, 2004" SEC website
http://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html

The Nevada Secretary of State website shows 03/10/04 that 11,000 Preferred Class A shares were issued. Then on 2/15/2008 there was a designation, "which can only mean something about shares."
The Designation shows (No notes for this action.) Gee thanks Mr. Secretary of State Nevada.

On 1/20/2010 an amendment was filed to increase the Preferred shares from 10,000,000 (SB/2 non voting) to 50 Million Preferred.

No SEC Filings for this action by Proton Labortories Inc, or permission given to Steve Kurlander to file.

(SB/2)Owen Naccarato said, 250 Million Common 10 Million Preferred non voting. Owen Naccarato why isn't there a Nevada Secretary of State filing? Where is a forward split from 100 Million Shares Common, 5 Million shares Preferred to 250 Million Shares Common and 10 Million Preferred non-voting? You filed the SB-2 and should have checked that out. SOS Nev. website http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpsearch.aspx
