That's how I'm reading it as well. Definetly not selling off the IP itself.

Sort of like a speed dating for IP licensing????? Could be good that we get many more clients, could be worse that licenses are heavily discounted. Or is this sort of like an amnesty where IP violaters can come forward clear and free for the right price?
