Thanks Billiam. Still ways to go - now board needs to again brainstorm what does it mean when the potential plan sponsor buys outstanding debt from Creditors. Also, what are all possible incentives for Tricadia.
I don't much care if this gets liquidated, what I am interested to know is - at THIS point, is there any loophole (that we might have missed) that Tricadia can exploit to let them have NOLs without carrying us along.
