All you have to do is read deTocqueville. This country's plague could be smallpox but right now, it's "Majority Rules" which kept out Gore and Adlai Stevenson in favor of of Ike, the golfer, and Georgie Porgie,our monosyllyabic Prez. Ahhh! what's another divot or two in our natonal psych.We've scarred our land, polluted our air and waters, and most heinous of all, our kiddies' minds with our national pisstime TV.
