If fraud was involved.......
The Starr guy who was supposedly the internal auditor could be at fault for not discovering the problems that caused the Delotte and Jacky resignations. We just don't know. In any case, if CCME is still a viable conern, let's hope they bring in a heavyweight CFO. Let's also hope he speaks good English.
