my only comment is the letter is good as it is.

Donot try to be perfect and accommodate everybody's input.

Time is of essense. The letter needs to be sent asap as they have to come out with a 8k re. the trading halt and possibly the delayed 10K today or tomorrow AM.

The ideas contained in the letter may influence what they need to say in the 8K or following PR's. JMHO.
