see my post below dated 1st March. I had spoken to a contact at the co the week prior and they had told me about FH. They said they would not be making an official announcement on the engagement just that it would be posted in the website

Andrew, correct ref IR but dont expect a PR from the co to announce the change. It may be that they take a "soft" approach & simply advise the change of IR firm on the website as oppose an official press release.
I would anticipate confirmation by the end of the week
