I can clear up the Fleishman-Hillard controversy once and for all. If you go to CCME's website and download the latest press release and pull up the properties section of the PDF file, you will find the following two metadata fields:

Title: Draft V1 – For Internal Circulation Only
Author: Fleishman-Hillard
