point being...evidence to date in favor of supporting position for ENTI/CEO....and acknowledgment of POSSIBLE negatives is important to...

if dilution, so be it, we'll know..but CEO indicated gagged, and gotta trust him, or not...there's a reason for gag until after uplisting...not going to get ungagged, according to CEO..until then...so harping on that, is, going to lead to same points..gotta wait and see..or trust.
