setting aside the usual "to hide dilution" view, let's just, for sake of discussion, say, that's not the reasoning...

What in the world could be the other reason/reasons for gagging the TA?

....honest discussion starts there...the (a) recognition that there ARE various possible reasons for gagging... and (b) identification of those other possible reasons...

here..i'll start: Sure...I'll say...sure, it's possible gag is to dilute and not have everyone know each and every time IF that was happening...(latest financials countered that reasoning from the time gag went into place though...)

Now...what's the other reason that TA would be gagged by the company, if not for dilution?
