Patents are a red herring and don't matter as much as having a real business with paying customers. Most software is not patantable. If Owens sees benefits in completing a merger into QASP, let him do it. No one else is making any offers. At this stage no one has very high expectations for what Centafaux is. Obviously can't be much.
