Very fortunately the 8k did not reveal confidential information which was INTENTIONALLY redacted from the for public consumption; however, the SEC has all the details:

Perfectly normal and legitimate. I am sure the individuals selling the wells do not want phone calls from crazed shareholders....and this redaction was explained to me from the beginning, before being submitted.

Did not think it would be such a big deal.

We have 18 wells, and will have more, and oil is not getting cheaper.
