You made my day.

I am hoping we will see more gains from here.

At this point it really does depend on deals being put into writing and moving ahead.

I took it as a positive sign that they signed the lease for that Montana plant as they must have it figured out how to pay for that.

I guess we will see. I have not seen an after hours PR yet but the day is not over and there is always tomorrow.
