Also, according to the TA half the OS is restricted ..so that is about 2.5 mil that is not restricted and this includes any share holders out there , ex-ceos, past insiders, etc.. any new shares issued will be restricted for a year ..you cant just issue free trade shares ..that is a pennystock trader myth
