They did announce the RS ..today .. Finra posted it in their files a day ahead of time..I would have liked to have seen the PR first before the Finra update too but that is not really a red flag for me..neither is the AS ..they can move it to 50mil over night and move it back to 1 billion the next night just as easy ..what is key here is the TA is not gagged and i can call to monitor the dilution ..if i pick up on any large movements there without seeing any disclosures or fundamentals first then i will start waiving the red flag too
