Right, once "FRANCHISING" begins it takes off fast! HCKI cancelled the shares at a great time! Once HCKI, starts to expand/grow, increase in stock value, purchasing additional pizza shops becomes easier, with a higher stock price, as then HCKI, can use the "CANCELLED"/TREASURY" shares to buy established pizza shops! Thus increasing revenues! Great plan!
