Rare Earth Minerals MPC holds a 50% interest in a series of mineral claims staked on the Bonavista Peninsula of Newfoundland. These claims include recognized high grade lead and silver showings and Zr ? Y ? Nd + Rare Earth occurrences. The area of these claims has now become one of the important areas of interest in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador for REE and stratiform type copper deposits. Vale Canada Exploration, Kat Exploration and Cache Resources have all staked new claim holdings in the area and have also optioned additional properties from other vendors.
