Wrong Idea...

Penny stocks dilute, all the time and then some. All of them. They have no viable product so the only thing they can do to make money is to sell worthless paper, lots of it, on PR pops.

This one will turn out to be one of the real bad ones.... that 2Bn Treasury thing is a HUGE RED FLAG.
