AppTech Payments Corp (APCX)

APCX has been showing a 7.5B share A/S since last year. APCX did a conservative R/S of 1/20 taking the A/S down from 10B to 7.5B on July 22nd 2010. The original A/S was 10B as dated on Oct 26th 2009 the inception of APCX. Here is the link to the admendments.

To the longs on APCX. I have removed myself from being asst Mod. I will continue to post on APCX as I get info. I feel that I am in a better position now to update. Thank-you for your support and will see some of you at the end of year.
