been a sor since aug 2008
wasn't sure the co. would survive
the market implosion and credit seize up
of late 2008/spring 2009 .. 2 things
kept me *focused* and a shareholder

first was mgmt converting pref'd shares to
restricted common in spring of 2009 and ETC
which was successfully launched on 9/15/2009

where my money is concerned
i'm a realist .. 2010 was god awful for the co.
but it's also behind them .. i look forward to
seeing what mgmt delivers and when .. and the co.
actually proceeding 3 steps forward and staying
there b4 moving forward again .. most of the last
18 months has been 3 steps forward and 4 backward

if mgmt delivers on transparency i have no doubts
interest will be generated in their stock

like everyone else who does their DD .. i have
my own set of criteria of what i want to see out of mgmt

as always i look forward to all input that covers
both positives and negatives where expo is concerned
