but 2 folks out of NC <neither of whom is an employee
of expo holdings> .. the 100M for etc at full penetration
comes from jd during the CC in july 2009 .. but that wasn't
what i was referring to as was clearly posted .. hmmmm

as for KM not being denigrated .. wrong and i'd suggest
doing a search of years <prior to 2010> :0

i've said consistently it's my opinion that expo survived
2009 due to *who* etc was developed for .. it's also why
the stock was run in 2009 by those entity/s that DO

think about ETC in regards to other scenarios

but without a doubt expo survived 2010 due in part due to
funds raised from local loyal shareholders <PP/restricted>

odds are the boys as you call them from so. candle
still hold every one of the exph shares in cert form :)

not exactly *traders* .. but again i'll get my info directly
from folks who actually interact with them .. one as recently
as a month back .. in dec 2010 .. in oct 2010 and on 9/15/2010

as for deep discounts .. if loyal locals or other *friendlies*
who actually care about the co. beyond an *orchestrated* run
or two .. put up the funds for PP/restricted .. i'm fine with it

those certs/shares are already included in the OS which as i've
discovered in comping out expo to other unregistered co.s
on the OTC is rather low all aspects considered

it also beats the usual crap that passes for normal on the OTC
where a cert gets loaned off shore to be shorted against ..
not exactly what *retail* is known for .. is it?

what is so ironic to me being a newbie in exph at 2.6 years
was watching the *conversion* .. across multiple levels .. mgmt
wasn't the only one to wise up and become aware

again T squared comes on mgmt's time frame .. not mine

but i'm totally content to see how expo plays out .. including what
the future holds for ETC =D
