i didn't promise anything because
the only aspect i control *underdog*
is whether i buy .. sell or hold my
EXPH shares based on my DD ..

mgmt indicated what would be forthcoming
the aspects i wanted out of them specific to
the new ceo and fins/forms .. didn't come to
pass .. to be very specific fy 2009 was uploaded
in total 2 days after the SM was held <on 9/17/2010>

again i wouldn't have held the SM ~ but
in many ways i'm glad it was held since
the exchanges shared by those folks in
the room got me confirmation by a trusted
fellow expo shareholder about something i'd
asked .. and considered important out of another
LOCAL LT EXPH SOR :)
