I'd rather be out than in. I'm sure some guys made some nice coin on this today, and others are holding and hoping for their time to cash out.
Honestly, I don't see anything that indicates that there's a R/M looming on the horizon. All I see is a company that's extremely dysfunctional.
Look through the 8-Ks that preceded today's. Officers and Directors stepping down left and right, the independent auditor resigning, and bankruptcy filing; then 7 years later (today), there's an 8-K that states the CEO has become the sole executive and sole director. Not enough meat on the bone there to warrant today's volume, in my opinion.
This thing moved today because the MMs were caught off guard by the sudden surge in volume. This stock has been practically dormant for 7 years.
Like I said, I'd rather be out than in. But best of luck to everyone here.
