It can go either way. Personally, I'd rather wait and see. The new a/s is what will make all the difference.

Ex. After r/s, VYGO opens @ .20 (200 x .001), but with a 1B a/s. Once that a/s is maxed out again, even with whatever acquisitions they might make, the chances of VYGO reaching a $200M marketcap (1B x .20) is about as likely as an honest politician.
