I have not known CCME to halt on an earning release. HOWEVER, I have known many companies to do so - especially when there were complexities involved and/or additional guidance or news to follow. This prevents the stock from flying wildly in one direction or another on every word and allows investors to hear everything before making a move. Typical to resume about 30 minutes after PR. It does not mean anything in and of itself - I have seen this done for great news with Apple, kind of crappy earnings with Cisco, horrible earnings with Palm.

We will all know soon as the Day of Reckoning is upon us.
