warned that this was moving more on the scam side and said that Hydro deal was off due to inactivity on vcty's part... and what happened with the deal.

those shares that were outstanding are still and have not come back to the treasury. this is not good and smells.

go figure... if tactician is so profitable and the company is "NOT" selling... why is the pps dropping so severely from .002?

who is selling? shareholders don't have that much....
