I also feel there is a direction and clear path in the direction and plans for the technology and developments. The difference is in managment and direction of the corporation through the public arena. Management of a revenue based business and operating on a budget is much different than developing and creating technoloyg from selling shares.
A creative, designing, innovator is one part of the business and most important. However, it will complex to take a back seat to managing, marketing and public relations which are some of the other areas. I know from experience and can not convey but tried to express to Troy he consider this to be problematic with what is known as the "growing pains".
