The NH SEC web site has all of the associated documentation filed under Docket 2011-01.

Since the three PU Commissioners are also on the SE Committee, I have to wonder if the final PUC decision may have hinged on items included in this filing to the SEC. Regardless, the info provided can only help, IMO.

I also see that Cate Street Capital (CSC) reps included in "pre-filed" testimony on this filing. CSO reps were present for two union meetings yesterday where paper mill contract was voted on. Besides wage and benefit info, methane and natural gas projects were also discussed.

Hope all this activity bodes well for LLEG in the end.
