Well since they at least have to announce a CC, I really doubt we will get the 10K on time if we don't get a PR soon about it. But I fully expect we hear nothing from CCME until the 16th. I expect on the 16th for the 10K N/T to be filed and in it tell the estimated net profit. Also expect that day for a PR with an earnings date release.
